Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Koo Emma Digital Holdings LLC, which manages the Note05 platform at note05.com. By using Note05 you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Note05 provides file-conversion tools that run in your web browser. Because conversions happen on your device, speed and limits depend on your browser and hardware. Some conversions can't keep every detail of the original (for example exact Word layouts); each tool page describes known limits. We may add, change or remove tools over time.

You keep all rights to the files you convert. Your files never reach our servers, so please keep your own copies, and make sure you have the right to convert and use the files you work with.

• Don't try to disrupt, overload, scrape or break the site, its payments or its accounts.
• Don't use Note05 to break the law or infringe anyone else's rights.
• Don't share, resell or automate access to a Pro account.

Pro is a subscription billed monthly in advance through Stripe at the price shown when you subscribe, plus any applicable tax. It renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your Account page; Pro stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.

Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable — but if something went wrong, email us and we'll make it right. We'll give at least 30 days' notice by email before changing the price, and the new price applies from your next renewal.

The Designs gallery offers free and premium designs. Your use of them is covered by the Design license. Premium designs can be bought individually as a one-time payment, or downloaded while you have an active Pro plan.

Designs are digital goods delivered straight away, so purchases are non-refundable once downloaded, except where the law requires otherwise. If a file is broken or doesn't match its description, email us and we'll fix it or refund you.

The free plan is supported by ads and has limits on the number and size of files. Limits for free and Pro may change over time.

Note05 is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Always check converted files before relying on them.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Koo Emma Digital Holdings LLCisn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the update. Questions: hello@note05.com.
