Design license

Note05 designs are published by Koo Emma Digital Holdings LLC, which manages the Note05 platform. This license applies to everything you download from note05.com/designs: the files, the code and the prompts. It sits alongside our Terms of Service.

You may use free designs, and their prompts, in any number of personal and commercial projects, including client work. Attribution isn't required, though a link back is always appreciated.

You may not redistribute the files or prompts as they are, for example as part of a template pack, prompt collection, stock library or competing gallery.

Buying a premium design, or having an active Pro plan when you download it, gives you a perpetual, non-exclusive, commercial license to use the design in unlimited end products: your own websites, apps, videos, social posts and client projects.

You may not resell, share or redistribute the source files or the prompt, on their own or in a bundle, or make them available for others to download. Downloads made while you had Pro stay licensed after Pro ends; new downloads need an active plan or a purchase.

Designs are created with AI tools, which are listed on each design page, and then curated, edited and packaged by us. In many places, including the United States, purely AI-generated material may not be protected by copyright. What we license is the curated files, code, edits and prompts as we publish them.

AI tools can produce results that resemble existing work. Check that a design suits your use, especially for logos, trademarks or anything resembling a real person, and adapt it where needed.

Premium designs are digital goods delivered immediately, so purchases are non-refundable once the files have been downloaded, except where the law gives you a right to a refund. If a download is broken or doesn't match its description, email hello@note05.comand we'll fix it or refund you.

Designs are provided as they are. We aren't liable for how you use them, to the extent the law allows; see the Terms of Service for the full limitation of liability.
