About the formats

JPEG image
JPG (JPEG) is the most widely supported photo format. It uses lossy compression, so files are small and open everywhere, at the cost of some detail.
PNG image
PNG is a lossless image format with transparency support. It's ideal for screenshots, logos and graphics with sharp edges.
WebP image
WebP is Google's modern image format for the web. It supports lossy and lossless compression and transparency, and is usually smaller than JPG or PNG.
PowerPoint presentation
PPTX is Microsoft PowerPoint's presentation format. Google Slides, Keynote and LibreOffice Impress open it too.
