Note05 (note05.com) is a platform managed by Koo Emma Digital Holdings LLC("we", "us"). We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at hello@note05.com.

Every conversion runs inside your web browser using WebAssembly. Your files are read from your device, converted in memory and saved back to your device. They are never uploaded to our servers or anyone else's, and we cannot see them. We never record file names or file contents.

To convert, your browser downloads conversion engines and fonts from content delivery networks such as jsDelivr and unpkg. Those providers receive an ordinary web request (including your IP address) but never your files. Engines are kept in your browser's cache so they aren't downloaded again.

Our own usage statistics are collected without cookies or device storage. To count unique visitors we combine your IP address and browser type with a random value that changes every day, and keep only a one-way hash of the result. That hash can't be traced back to you and can't link your visits across days. If you're signed in to Pro, your conversions are linked to your Pro account so we can support you.

The free plan shows ads from Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can turn off personalised ads at Google Ads Settings or aboutads.info, and read how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland are asked for consent before ad or analytics cookies are used. Pro subscribers see no ads.

Pro subscriptions and design purchases are processed by Stripe, which may act as the seller of record and handle sales tax and VAT. Your card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store them. When you buy a design we keep your email, which design you bought, the amount and the date, so you can download it again. Stripe's use of your data is described in the Stripe Privacy Policy.

• Vercel — website hosting; keeps short-lived request logs including IP addresses.
• Convex — database for customer accounts, design purchases, usage statistics and older notes accounts.
• Stripe — payments and subscription management.
• Cloudflare — storing and delivering design previews and downloads.
• Zoho Mail — sending sign-in emails.
• Google — Analytics and AdSense.
• jsDelivr and unpkg — delivering the conversion engines to your browser.

• Individual usage events: 90 days, then only daily totals are kept.
• Pro account details: while your subscription is active, and up to 7 years afterwards where tax and accounting rules require it.
• Sign-in links: they expire after 15 minutes and are deleted with routine clean-up.
• Older notes accounts: until you ask us to delete them.

Depending on where you live, you can ask us for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, or complain to your data protection authority. Email hello@note05.comand we'll reply within 30 days. You can cancel Pro at any time from your Account page, and download any old notes at /my-notes.

We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioural advertising beyond the AdSense ads described above.

Koo Emma Digital Holdings LLCis based in the United States and our providers may process data in the US and other countries. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Note05 isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information.
