Compress PDF to 100KB

Make a PDF smaller than 100KB for certificates, ID proofs and mark sheets on exam and scholarship portals, which often allow only 100 KB. Drop the file, and it's compressed just enough to fit, keeping as much sharpness as the limit allows.

Up to 3 files, 50.0 MB each · Files stay on your device

If lossless clean-up isn't enough, pages are turned into compressed images, so text is no longer selectable. Scans and photos look almost the same.

Options

The file is made smaller than this. 1 MB = 1000 KB.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Will it always get under 100KB?

Almost always. It tries the best quality first and lowers it step by step until the PDF fits. If even the smallest version is bigger (for example a very long document), it tells you the smallest size it could reach.

My form says 100KB. Is "100KB" here the same?

Here 1 KB is 1,000 bytes, the stricter of the two meanings, so a file under 100KB here is also under 100KB on forms that count 1 KB as 1,024 bytes.

Are my files uploaded?

No. The conversion runs inside your browser using WebAssembly, so your files never leave your device. Nothing is sent to our servers.
