Can I watermark a contract or ID without uploading it?

Yes. That is the point of Note05: the watermark is added inside your browser, so the document never reaches a server.

Is it free?

Yes. The free plan converts up to 3 files at a time, up to 50 MB each. Note05 Pro ($5/month) removes ads and raises the limits to 100 files and 2 GB per file.
